Sorry I’ve been M.I.A.

I’ve been asked several times over the last week why I haven’t posted anything new and the answer is simple, but it doesn’t mean that it’s easy for me to say – I’ve been busy.

Yes, I was on a short vacation with my family and yes, the full-time job has been consistently busy but those things are a part of every day life. The ‘busy’ that I’m referring to is something that I’ve been procrastinating for a very long time and I’m finally committed to getting it done and because I’m committed, some things need to take their unfortunate place on the proverbial back-burner.

I’m still writing – I can never stop writing because it is where my true passions exist. No, I’ll still be writing and yes, I’ll still be posting here just not regularly because (drum roll) I’m concentrating on finishing a novel. Super Mom and several family members and friends have been prodding me for years now to do it and I’m finally doing all that I can to get it done and in order to do it I am dedicating more time to that project and less time to other things like eating, showering and playing Facebook games.

I am still committed to LeFolauga but the journey is taking a slightly different course, one that takes me off the beaten path. It’s a difficult and an uncomfortable path but it is one that I must to truly understand my strengths as an artist and a writer.

I hope that you will all support me in this new journey of discovery.
